Jaida Smith

As Program and Operations Manager in the Office for Strategic Affairs, Jaida Smith is dedicated to inspiring others to achieve excellence through a culture of collaboration. Jaida is committed to staying ahead of the university's best practices for strategic planning, creating a culture of collaboration that empowers every member to contribute their best.

She works closely with various university colleges, institutes, offices, and departments to support and achieve the strategic priorities of the institution. 

Her education includes a Master's of Science in Project Management and Operations and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, complemented by minors in Sociology and Communication.
