Background
Steve Bickley is a professor emeritus of Virginia Tech. A member of the Virginia Tech community since 1978, Bickley served the university community by installing permanent works of art throughout the campus landscape and interior structures. As a professional artist, Bickley participated in many exhibitions at art museums, galleries, and art centers. Bickley received his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia at Athens.
